Cauliflower Mushroom Extract is the extract of the mushroom, Sparassis crispa. Sparassis crispa, grows on acicular trees and is widespread in northern temperate zones throughout the world. This mushroom has been used as a food and a home remedy in Asian countries. Sparassis crispa is an edible and medicinal mushroom containing high β-glucan content; thus, it is considered a good source in the preparation of the antitumor β-glucan with a very high yield.
