It is also known as brewer’s yeast or baker’s yeast. Saccharomyces activates metabolism with many kinds of enzymes, and contains Beta-glucans, which promote immunity and give moisture to the skin.
It is also rich in Vitamin B2 and minerals, and is an excellent nutritional supplement
