CitroSperse Titanium Dioxide is a cosmetic-grade pigment dispersion in a patented sustainable silicone alternative emollient. It is highly loaded and dispersed to a fine particle size, resulting in color cosmetics formulations that are effortlessly consistent, opaque, and go on smoothly. Titanium Dioxide is the base pigment dispersion for many color cosmetics formulations and can be used for blending, brightening, and bringing out the bold hues of other colorants in the CitroSperse product line. Its natural origin index is 1 and its pigment delivery system provides the same velvety, cushiony feel you’ve come to expect from P2’s sustainable alternatives to dimethicone. CitroSperse Titanium Dioxide can be paired with volatile emollients such as Citropol V5 or formulated into volatile-free systems, and is compatible with waxes and other oil-phase ingredients or can be emulsified.
