Rich in Phloretin, extracted from Apple (Malus Pumila), Naringin (Citrus hassaku) and Morinda Citrifolia extract, all contained into very small niosomal vesicles of 100 nm NIO-LIGHT is the perfect combination of efficacy and safety to reduce the intensity and chromaticity of aging spots by controlling the melanin biosynthesis. Moreover, thanks to niosomal carrier, lightening molecules can reach melanocytes more effectively favouring a strong depigmenting, skin brightening and anti-blemish effect.
