Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, commonly known as chamomile, native to South West Asia and South to Eastern Europe, but is presently commonly grown around the world.
It is recognized for its calming and anti-inflammatory properties due to bioactive compounds like chamazulene and bisabolol, which help soothe irritated skin. Among these, chamomile is particularly prized for its high concentration of flavonoids, including apigenin, quercetin, and patuletin, which lend it potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
