CitroSperse™ Ultramarine Blue is a cosmetic-grade pigment dispersion in a patented sustainable silicone alternative emollient. It is highly loaded and dispersed to a fine particle size, resulting in color cosmetics formulations that are bold, saturated, and glossy. Ultramarine Blue provides bold but earthy hues in eye makeup and can be used to tint skin tones and earth tone colors to reach color spaces that iron oxides alone cannot. Its natural origin index is 1 and its pigment delivery system provides the same velvety, cushiony feel you’ve come to expect from P2’s sustainable alternatives to dimethicone. CitroSperseTM Ultramarine Blue can be paired with volatile emollients such as Citropol V5 or formulated into volatile-free systems, and is compatible with waxes and other oil-phase ingredients or can be emulsified.
