PLANTAMINE-WG is a new generation of vegetal PEG-free oil in water emulsifiers derived from wheat.
Condensing the exceptional properties of short wheat peptides with fatty acids extracted from coconut oil, PLANTAMINE-WG provides maximum compatibility with any oil phase, high stability within a wide range of pH and temperatures allowing you to formulate any type of emulsion very easily.
