Royal Jelly contains rich nutrition and medicinal properties. Although honey and royal jelly are both produced by bees, they are completely different substances.
Young worker bees (less than 10 days old) eat honey & pollen. These then pass through enzymes in their bodies to produce a milky liquid, the royal jelly. Which is only consumed by the queen bee.
The rich protein in the royal jelly contains 17 different amino acids and various vitamins, including pantothenic acid.
